Rose and Tom

Yummy!! Oven roasted tomatoes paired with Rosemary and sea salt. Ready and waiting for lunch, dinner, or perhaps some bread and cheese.
preheat oven to 425 degrees
2 pints of Campari Tomatoes ~use cherry if you can't find Campari they are smaller in size.
2 tbs olive oil
fresh rosemary sprigs
sprinkling of sea salt
Mix to coat tomato
Roast in the oven until tomatoes split~ about 25 to 30 mins.
Serve warm or chill for later use.
