As I have, shall we say, aged I have broadened my tastes. I roasted these little rock hens for dinner the other night. I wasn't sure if I would like them, who knew, they taste just like chicken. Ha! Well I made one to many and was forced to make chicken stew with the last one. Both meals were delicious. You should give these little guys a try...

Tiny Hens...
All roasty and toasty...
As I have, shall we say, aged I have broadened my tastes. I roasted these little rock hens for dinner the other night. I wasn't sure if I would like them, who knew, they taste just like chicken. Ha! Well I made one to many and was forced to make chicken stew with the last one. Both meals were delicious. You should give these little guys a try...
