Fridge Pickles

While at the farm yesterday we were able to find a good deal on some pickling cucumbers and some fresh picked onions. So today I made some dill pickles.

To each jar I added : 1c white vinegar, 1 T spoon kosher salt, 1 T spoon dill, 3 cloves garlic, half of a sliced onion, sliced cukes, and topped them off with water. Stuck them in the fridge to marinade. They will be yummy in a few days. I don't know, they may need more vinegar next time, I will have to wait and see.
