These are so yummy, I had to send half to cute guys work. I wouldn't want to over indulge. LOL I found the recipe over at Anna's from Sweet Nest.
Butterscotch Blondies (Peanut Butter Blondies);)
Melt in large saucepan:
.5 c. butter
Whisk in:
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Add:
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt (a little less, would be fine)
1.5 c. unbleached flour
1 c. butterscotch chips (optional, I actually like it w/o the chips)
Spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
(Paula said: I used peanut butter chips, because that is what I had in the pantry. So Yummy! )
