Lemon Meringue Pie... I have made one before.... in the 7
th grade for home economics.
Find a good recipe, preferably from a well loved cookbook.
Grate some zest
squeeze some juice
open the oven and see what happened.....
Enjoy the fruits of your labor.
As you can see, I cheated on the crust. Normally I make a crust, but time was in short supply.
