shriveled apples to apple pie muffins

I had some apples that needed to be used asap, so shriveled up they were. I only had two so a pie was out. What is a girl to do????

(not much labor) The only thing different I did was omit the oil for the same amount of apple sauce. I don't like using oil in my baking, to much fat. I hope you enjoy.
